I've been eating here regularly for the past year and the food and service never disappoints. Paula, who owns Kinha, is always present greeting guests and overseeing all aspects. Her personal touch and pride are evident throughout this lovely restaurant. The ambience of the bar and bistro seating dining room is perfect for me as I generally dine alone. The main dining room is vibrant and nicely appointed as well. The menu is diverse and features unique fusion dishes as well as perfectly curated traditional items. I have enjoyed a variety of dishes across the menu and I now have more favorites than I could possibly enjoy in one meal. This is the highest quality venue of this category in the Garden City area hands down. I've been in the restaurant business for decades and highly recommend Kinha!

Great sushi spot in GC. Can order for lunch, can sit down for happy hour or can sit for a full dinner - everything is all the same... delish! The staff is friendly and helpful and the food is yummy and fresh. Drinks are good too.

I enjoy this spot, it was a quiet night for a Friday night. The drinks were good and their menu has a lot of options. The staff were very nice and fast.

I'm not sure if I would come back here, but it was definitely good food. It's a little bit more on the price your side compared to other places in Garden City. The dumplings were really delicious. They had a great sear from the fryer. The California roll was as expected just basic, but obviously delicious. The noodle dish that we got wasn't the best. It was definitely a small portion for how much we paid and then we didn't love the specialty rules that we got. Maybe that was our fault , but they were a little too much. We ordered takeout as you can see from the photos, but when we went inside the restaurant to pick it up, the restaurant is really gorgeous and very, very luxurious looking on the inside, which would make sense why the prices are so high but it's a little bit too much Especially when there's two other sushi places close by

The place moved from its original location. Looks bigger than the original place. Bar area is line with high chair tables. Offers outdoor seating which I utilize a lot. It's very peaceful. There is a front are with regular seating. Very updated and nice.
